Which plans include brand webhooks?

Every paid plan. Following brands uses no API credits, and your plan sets how many brands you can follow. Fetching a brand after a webhook counts as a normal brand request. See pricing for each plan's limits.

Do I have to choose which brands to follow?

No. Turn on one setting in your dashboard, and you'll follow every brand you look up from then on. You can also follow a brand directly, and unfollow it any time.

What if a company changes its domain or ticker?

You'll keep getting its webhooks. A follow stays with the brand, not with the domain or ticker you used to find it.

What's in a webhook?

Accepted Answer

The brand that changed and the fields that changed, such as its logo or colors. Fetch the brand for the new values, and download only the images whose version changed.

Can I store logos on my own servers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on every plan. Store anything the API returns, logo files included, and serve it from your own servers or CDN. Webhooks keep that copy current.

What if my server is down when a webhook arrives?

Accepted Answer

We'll retry it. We sign every webhook and give each one an id, so you can skip any duplicates.
