Add company logos to slides, decks, and templates from a Logo.dev CDN URL. PowerPoint has no IMAGE function, so you insert each logo as a picture.

Get your API keys

Your dashboard has a publishable key for the Logo.dev CDN and a secret key for the Logo.dev API. Every plan includes both.

Insert a logo from a URL

Open the picture dialog

Click Insert > Pictures > This Device.

Paste the CDN URL

In the File name box, paste the URL instead of choosing a local file:

Insert the logo

Click the arrow next to Insert, then click Link to File. PowerPoint loads the logo from the URL each time the deck opens. Insert embeds a fixed copy instead.
An embedded logo stays fixed and does not update when the brand changes its logo. For decks that need a stored logo file, get it from the API.

Add a logo to every slide

Open the Slide Master

Click View > Slide Master.

Insert the logo

Select the top master slide. Insert the logo as in Insert a logo from a URL, then move it into position.

Close the master view

Click Close Master View. The logo shows on every slide that uses that master.

Size logos for slides

A slide shows a logo much larger than a web page does. Request a large image and let PowerPoint scale it down:
