Before you delete
Deletion is blocked while any of these apply:- An active subscription. Canceling in Billing stops renewal but keeps the subscription active until the end of the period you paid for, and deletion unblocks when it ends.
- You are the only admin of a team that still has other members or pending invites. Remove them or promote another admin first.
- Your account is the shared account behind a team that still has other members or pending invites. Deleting it would take the team’s keys and usage with it, so email support@logo.dev to move the team to another account first.
Delete your account
- In the dashboard, open Settings.
- In the Delete account section, click Delete.
- Type
delete my accountto confirm, then click Delete account. Your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out.
What deletion removes
Deleting your account schedules everything it holds for deletion: your account details, your usage history, and any team you own that has no other members. Your sign-in ends at once. Every publishable and secret key your account owns is revoked as the deletion propagates through our systems, normally within a few minutes, and requests carrying one of those keys fail from then on. To shut off a key you own right away, before deleting the account, open API keys, manage the key, and click Disable keys; requests with it are rejected immediately. Keys that belong to a team you are a member of are the team’s, not yours: they stay active after your account is deleted, and only a team admin can disable them. We also remove your email address from our sending lists, which ends all product and account email. What we keep
A narrow set of records survives deletion, as the privacy policy describes:- Billing records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Card details live with Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
- Request logs (the requesting IP address, the lookup, and a timestamp), which age out on our retention schedule for security monitoring and billing.
- Account records, including your name and email, for a limited wind-down period after deletion to meet legal obligations.
- Email preference and consent records, kept for a limited period to document your choices, and email delivery events, kept only as long as our email systems need them.
Delete without signing in
If you can no longer sign in, email support@logo.dev from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to verify your identity first. We then delete your data across the systems that hold it and confirm by reply. For readers in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, this is the erasure right described in the privacy policy.Next steps
